Restore Purchases (iOS)
In the app
1) Open the app
2) Go to Upgrade / Plans
3) Tap Restore Purchases
4) Wait for confirmation
Tip: Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.
If restore doesn’t work
• Force-close the app and try again
• Confirm you’re on the latest build available to you
• Confirm the purchase shows under Apple subscriptions
